That was one long glorious day.
With the summer solstice tucked neatly behind us we’re taking a moment to reflect on getting here, to right now. It’s not often that we take time to pause and look back over the horizon of where we’ve been and the hills we climbed to get to where we are now. This year has been an uphill climb for everyone we know and today feels like the beginning of a gentle downward slope. As though the momentum we’ve been building is finally starting to propel us along with less focused effort.
Nothing is achieved alone—on some level we all understand that.
At times our egos takeover and we allow momentary lapses in the realization that it does take many caring hands to move mountains. When we look back on our progress as a creative shop and everything we’ve accomplished, we reflect on all the little bits of encouragement we’ve received. Some of the smallest nudges have kept us going and building. Thank you to our friends, family, suppliers, peers, mentors, fellow creatives and random cheerleaders. We’re incredibly grateful.
Ever wonder who’s playing behind the scenes are Pony Friday?
Here’s a shot of the main Pony Friday contributors representing social media, leadership, design, team spirit and general sweat equity. It’s a collaborative effort with plenty of growing pains in learning new roles and helping each other out.
Wonder what our plan is between now and the winter solstice?
Just like we tell our friends and family, “you’ll just have to wait and see.” We’re really excited about the next six months. There’ll be more pop-up shops, sponsorships, new merchandise and other fun surprises. Stay tuned.
