Shipping
Free shipping is provided on orders over $90.00 (before tax) within Canada and to the United States. Orders under this amount will be charged for shipping as the cost of delivery is expensive and is impossible for our small business to absorb.
How often do you ship items to Canada and the United States? We ship items once a week. All shipments have tracking numbers and are currently shipped through Canada Post within Canada and USPS to the United States. Please give your items at least week to arrive or longer depending on where you live. Delivery times will be impacted by the time of year and the how busy the postal systems are.
What about international orders? All international orders outside Canada and the United States will be delivered by USPS with a tracking number to ensure the best possible delivery. These packages can take 10 to 15 business days for delivery so please be patient.

Returns
Pony Friday deals in limited quantity items and generally cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colours of the same garment. We do accept returns of unworn and unwashed items for exchange within 14 days of purchase. On the rare occasion that we are able to exchange an item for another one or a different size, we will strive to have it back in the mail to you within a week. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL FLIP FLOP SALES ARE FINAL!!
